I Love New York 2 is a reality television show on VH1 that stars Tiffany "New York" Pollard in a quest to find her true love once more after being dumped by last season's winner Tango. A commercial break during the April 29, 2007 episode of Flavor of Love Girls: Charm School revealed that there will be a second season. On July 5, 2007, New York posted a bulletin on her Myspace that said the show would begin filming that day. Unlike the first season, Mauricio Sanchez will not be back to play as Chamo, New York's assistant. Instead of Chamo, New York will have "Big Ant" (Anthony) as her assistant, and "bodyguard". The show began on October 8, 2007.
