Nocatee, Florida

From the development's own website, it isn't going to be an incorporated town, and is instead part of Ponte Vedra, [1]. Doesn't pass WP:NOTE therefore, plus the article reads like an ad. Merry Christmas _{from Sasha} 05:28, 20 December 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Strong Keep The Geographic Names Information System knows about this place -- see http://geonames.usgs.gov/pls/gnispublic/f?p=gnispq:3:::NO::P3_FID:294280 -- and is assigned the 34268 ZIP code, all of which qualifies it as a place with inherent notability.
