Futurama: The Beast with a Billion Backs is the second of the four planned Futurama straight-to-DVD films.[2] The films will be released in widescreen format on DVD. The film will be released on DVD on March 18, 2008.[1][3]
According to David X. Cohen, the film will follow directly after the events of Bender's Big Score and will include a "planet-sized alien from another universe" voiced by David Cross.[4]
Guest voices
The film will feature voiceovers from: Brittany Murphy, David Cross as a tentacled alien, Professor Stephen Hawking as himself, and Dan Castellaneta will reprise his role as the Robot Devil.[5]
Bonus features
It has been indicated that the cutscenes from the Futurama video game will be included as a bonus feature on the DVD,[6] however FOX has stated that the bonus content has not been finalized and may still change.[7]
