This computer is open to a range of people in the school community. I'm not sure why this account was blocked at all. I'm going to assume someone was doing abusive work from within this IP range. How can this be overturned?

Ok how would i go about proving that the computers here are used by multiple people? i dont know who armyguy is but not allowing over 300 people to edit really isn't the answer based off of one rogue user.
