Douglas McKay High School is a high school located in the North Lancaster neighborhood of Salem, Oregon. McKay is one of six standard secondary education facilities in the Salem-Keizer Public Schools district. Built in 1979, the school was named after former Governor of Oregon and United States Secretary of the Interior Douglas McKay.

In 2007, McKay was listed for the third consecutive year as one of Oregon's "Persistently Dangerous Schools" (as defined and mandated by the No Child Left Behind Act).[2]
