City is the second album by Canadian progressive extreme metal band Strapping Young Lad. It was released on February 11, 1997. It received very good critical reception at the time of release and it is still hailed by many to be the group's best album. The album was re-released in 2007 with several bonus tracks and altered cover art. Nielsen SoundScan reported City has sold over 255,000 copies.
