This is a listing of official releases by Bloc Party, a London-based alternative rock group. Bloc Party were formed in 1998 by songwriter Kele Okereke (vocals, rhythm guitar) and Russell Lissack (lead guitar). Bassist Gordon Moakes and drummer Matt Tong joined the band later. The band have released two studio albums, fourteen singles, three extended plays (EP) and one remix album. This list does not include material recorded by Bloc Party under the name "Union", or material recorded by Lissack's project Pin Me Down. It also does not include material released before they signed a recording contract.

Bloc Party's first release was the Bloc Party EP in 2004. Their first single, "She's Hearing Voices", was released from this,[1] but failed to chart in the United Kingdom. Their next release, Little Thoughts, was released only in Japan the same year.[2] This spawned their first UK Top 40 entry, the double A-side "Little Thoughts/Tulips", which peaked at number 38.[3] Their first studio album, Silent Alarm, was released in 2005. It was their UK breakthrough, reaching number three in the UK Albums Chart,[3] and was voted the NME Album of the Year.[4] The album also generated a hit single, "So Here We Are", which peaked at number five in the UK Top 40.[3]

After two years, during which their songs appeared on several compilations, Bloc Party released A Weekend in the City in February 2007. The album went into the UK Album Chart at number two,[3] and debuted in the US at number 12.[5] The first single from this album, "The Prayer", was their highest charting in the UK, peaking at four.[3]
