Douglas Campbell CM (born 11 June 1922 in Glasgow, Scotland) is an actor who has based his career in Canada. Much of his work has been on stage, particularly the Stratford Festival where he was among its first actors in 1953.

He was awarded the Order of Canada on 17 April 1997.

He is the father of Torquil Campbell, actor and lead singer/songwriter of the indie rock band Stars. Douglas has a cameo at the beginning of the music video for "Your Ex-Lover is Dead", on the Set Yourself on Fire album, in which he says "When there's nothing left to burn, you have to set yourself on fire."
