I'd like to add a section to this article about Skyline Tower after the management company changed in 2000. It's now managed by a nonprofit that specializes specifically in affordable housing and there's been some pretty significant changes in security and maintenance of the building since then. I'd add a section about the switch and what it's done so far, changing the section currently entitled "Building" to "History" and moving the current content about the management shift to the new section along with some new information.
