David Moo is an American voice actor. He is known for voicing Sanji in the 4kids dub of One Piece, and Xelloss in The Slayers: NEXT and The Slayers: TRY. David also loaned his voice in the earlier season of The Slayers before he did voice Xelloss, which is regarded as one of his worst performances (though, he is considered to be in a "league of his own" in bad voice acting)[1]. One fan reported falling out of his chair upon hearing Moo's portrayal of Xelloss which made him sound "annoying, slimy, dorky, and stupid"[2]. Moo's theme song is Club Tropicana by Wham and he has recently started his own scuba diving company called Sea Cow.
