Season six of One Tree Hill, an American television series, began on September 1, 2008. This is the third season to air on the CW television network. Season six regular cast members include Chad Michael Murray, James Lafferty, Hilarie Burton, Bethany Joy Galeotti, Sophia Bush, Paul Johansson, Lee Norris, Antwon Tanner, Barbara Alyn Woods, Jackson Brundage and Lisa Goldstein. The CW announced on March 3 2008 that One Tree Hill is renewed for a sixth season.[1]

The girl of Lucas' dreams, Peyton, shows up at the airport. Nathan's comeback is halted by news that could change his career, while Dan's life hangs in the balance, due to being hit in a car by Nannie Carrie herself. Mouth and Millicent wrestle with leaving Tree Hill, as Brooke (Sophia Bush) and Victoria's battle over Clothes Over Bros comes to a surprising head, where Clothes Over Bros is robbed, with Brooke being beaten by a stranger.[3][2] This episode is named after a song by My Morning Jacket.

Nathan (James Lafferty) works with Quentin (guest star Robbie Jones) on his basketball skills, but Haley (Bethany Joy Galeotti) is worried for Nathan's well-being.Reeling from a threat to her store, Brooke reaches out to an unexpected ally. Jamie (Jackson Brundage) catches Skills (Antwon Tanner) and Deb (Barbara Alyn Woods) kissing. [2]

We don't know about Danneel Harris, because the rumors said she'll come back to Tree Hill and re-join the main cast, but in fact she's not.[2]

Screen Actors Guild Strike

There's a possibility that a Screen Actors Guild strike could bring production of season six to a grinding halt.[5]
