Know for their awesomeness, and just sheer brilliance, the majority of Fairhills Year 12 will be missed. Most of the students will go on to bigger and better things in their lives, except for Chris Malyon because he is anunfortunate red head, and they can not achieve anything. We send our deepest symphaty to Chris, and we assure him that their will be some hair dye coming his way in the near future. Also to be missed will be the sheer look of horror when Emmanuel Agustin is seen trying to back his car in, and the Year 12's will no doubt be scared that he will hit their cars. Parking spots are not the only hole this man will miss. And a big congratulations to Max Megele, who through sheer gritt and determination, has been able to block out Cameron Riley's crude jokes and oblivious sack taps, and focus on nailing his girlfriend. Top work Max.

Fairhills High School, located in Knoxfield, Victoria, Australia, is a state-government school. The school's mission is "leading all students to be confident and effective life-long learners."

Construction of a basketball stadium for the school and wider community has been confirmed, but will probably never commence. Longer term plans for conversion of existing sporting facilities into a performing arts centre also exist (but it is also unlikely that these plans will come into fruition).

Fairhills has adopted a SEAL program (Select Entry Accelerated Learning) for reasons unknown.[2] This program focuses on letting 'faster' students 'speed' past their peers, only to be reunited with them in their penultimate year. Unfortunately, the merits of this program have yet to be seen.

Rock Eisteddfod

Fairhills has competed in the Rock Eisteddfod Challenge since 1995, winning in 1996 in the Melbourne open division and placing first for the first time in 2005 in the Melbourne premier division.[3] Fairhills then went on that year to place third in the National Event. In 2006, Fairhills finished second to St. Columba's College in the Premier State section. In 2007 Fairhills came second with their theme of Japanime. In 2008 Fairhills narrowly won the Victorian Premier Grand Final with their theme Oceania.

Year 12 2008
