Genesis (2009) is a professional wrestling pay-per-view event produced by Total Nonstop Action Wrestling (TNA), which is scheduled to take place on January 11, 2009 at the Cricket Arena in Charlotte, North Carolina.[1] It was originally scheduled to take place on November 9, 2008 at the Impact! Zone in Orlando, Florida, [2][3] however, TNA moved Turning Point to that date instead. It will be the fourth event under the Genesis chronology.

Background

The event will feature a unknown number of professional wrestling matches that involve different wrestlers from pre-existing scripted feuds, plots and storylines.
