Against All Odds is an annual professional wrestling pay-per-view event held by Total Nonstop Action Wrestling in the month of February. It was established in 2005 as TNA's fourth pay-per-view event as part of the inaugural series of monthly pay-per-views put on by the promotion.

- Lance Hoyt (with David Eckstein) defeated Dale Torborg (with A.J. Pierzynski) in a Basebrawl (5:04)
- Hoyt pinned Torborg after Eckstein hit Torborg with a steel chair.
- Originally Torborg had won when Pierzynski hit Hoyt with the chair but the referee restarted the match after finding about the chair shot.
- A.J. Styles defeated Rhino in a Motor City Chain match (15:07)
- Styles pinned Rhino after Styles moved and Rhino hit a Gore through a table.
- Chris Sabin defeated Jerry Lynn to retain the TNA X Division Championship (13:33)
- Sabin pinned Lynn while using the ropes for leverage.
- James Storm and Jacqueline Moore defeated Petey Williams and Gail Kim in a Mixed Tag Team match (8:49)
- Moore pinned Kim after Storm collided into Kim.
- After the match, Chris Harris returned and chased Storm and Moore from the ring.

- Steiner pinned Williams after an Elevated powerbomb to win the TNA World Heavyweight Feast or Fired case and retain the TNA X Division Feast or Fired case
- During the match, a mystery woman (later revealed to be Rhaka Khan[3]) came out and distracted Williams.
- Eric Young defeated James Storm (with Jacqueline) to retain the World Beer Drinking Championship (7:49)[2]
- Awesome Kong (with Raisha Saaed) defeated O.D.B. to retain the TNA Women's World Championship (6:54)[2]
- Kong pinned O.D.B. after an Awesome Bomb.
- Abyss defeated Judas Mesias (with Father James Mitchell) in a Barbed Wire Massacre (14:51)[2]
- Abyss pinned Mesias after a Black Hole Slam onto a barbed wire board.
- This match was taped at the iMPACT Zone on January 22 due to restrictions by the South Carolina Athletic Commission.[4]
- Booker T fought Robert Roode (with Payton Banks) to a double count-out (9:17)[2]
- Both men were counted out when they fought to the backstage area.
- Jay Lethal and The Motor City Machine Guns (Chris Sabin and Alex Shelley) defeated Johnny Devine and Team 3D (Brother Ray and Brother Devon) in a Street Fight (12:30)[2]
- Lethal pinned Devine after a Flying elbow drop through a table to win the TNA X Division Championship.
- As a result of losing, Brother Ray and Brother Devon cannot compete in TNA unless they weigh in at under 275 pounds.
- Kurt Angle (with Karen Angle) defeated Christian Cage (w/Samoa Joe as Special Enforcer) to retain the TNA World Heavyweight Championship (20:40)[2]
- Angle pinned Cage after Tomko interfered and performed a Torture rack neckbreaker on Cage.
- During the match, A.J. Styles distracted Joe by trying to get into the ring, which prompted Joe to chase him backstage.
