Hi, you might be having the authority to use it, but we don't have the copyright permissions to keep it unless you provide an OTRS ticket. To forward the permissions to Wikipedia you will have to follow instructions on this page. delete article and account

Deleting an account is not possible, however you can WP:VANISH after changing username. To get an article created by you deleted add {{db-author}} at the top of it; if no other editor has contributed to it, an admin will delete the article. –Capricorn42 (talk) 17:26, 22 January 2009 (UTC)
