Rina Mimoun is an American television writer and producer. She is currently executive producing the critically acclaimed Fall 2008-9 CW series "Privileged," which has been nominated for a People's Choice Award. Mimoun created the series for Warner Brothers Television and The CW network. The series is based on the popular Zoey Dean novel "How To Teach Filthy Rich Girls." Mimoun has written for many Warner Bros. On her work for Everwood, Mimoun started out as Head Writer and Supervising Producer, making the transition to Co-Executive Producer after the season 1 episode "Colin The Second". She held this title until after season 2 ended, when Creator/Executive Producer Greg Berlanti left the show to develop the series Jack and Bobby. Mimoun was then placed in charge as Executive Producer and Showrunner for Everwood's final two seasons.
