Revision as of 09:21, 28 February 2009

I am not sure what page this issues are taking place on. I have weighted in on this issue. See WT:MED Cheers --Doc James (talk · contribs · email) 04:03, 24 February 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks a lot. Now evading the block has helped around too. With the unblock template I see. Will try that next time, now impossible because the IP address switches w.o. my control on reboot. Maybe you can introduce fresh admins not to be overly zealous and thereby turn into the Roland Freisler of Wikiland. And I prefer not to be reeducated.

Now I have already emigrated from Freislerland, and they are following me even into the virtual refuge?

Good that it is only virtual!

February 2009

You have been blocked from editing for a period of 72 hours in accordance with Wikipedia's blocking policy for abuse of editing privileges. Once the block has expired, you are welcome to make constructive contributions. If you believe this block is unjustified, you may contest the block by adding the text {{unblock|Your reason here}} below, but you should read our guide to appealing blocks first. seicer | talk | contribs 14:57, 24 February 2009 (UTC)[reply]
If this is a shared IP address, and you didn't make the edit, consider creating an account for yourself so you can avoid further irrelevant notices.

This user's unblock request has been reviewed by an administrator, who declined the request. Other administrators may also review this block, but should not override the decision without good reason (see the blocking policy).

Request reason:

unjustified accusation of edit warring led to escalation

Decline reason:

Good explanation, but no reason for unblock. Toddst1 (talk) 16:02, 24 February 2009 (UTC)[reply]

If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.

I believe I have been blocked without just reason to begin with. This led to above reaction. My edits have always been constructive, but I have to insist that admins still are considerate, once they have blocked without good reason, on a false IP vandal alarm. At this point You have spoiled my fun in the tedious work of proofreading your articles and applying corrections from the references in citecheck. I don't believe I will waste my time further in really improving your Wikipedia. Lose an old man with scientific education. Keep your overly eager admin. 70.137.146.36 (talk) 15:07, 24 February 2009 (UTC)[reply]

You were blocked because you kept calling others Nazis. Your behavior towards others is your fault and your fault alone; administrators are permitted to block for egregious personal attacks. -Jeremy (v^_^v Dittobori) 18:20, 24 February 2009 (UTC)[reply]

They were not permitted to block in the first place. There was no edit warring. (Three paragraphs of trolling removed by Jeremy (v^_^v Dittobori))70.137.146.36 (talk) 19:44, 24 February 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Wrong. Administrators are permitted to block for personal attacks, such as calling others "nazis" and comparing them to the Nazi Party, and you were blocked for such. I'm removing your tangential trolling, by the way. -Jeremy (v^_^v Dittobori) 01:54, 25 February 2009 (UTC)[reply]
This is just one of several IP addresses that I have noted that hail from the same locale. Those articles are being monitored. seicer | talk | contribs 18:22, 24 February 2009 (UTC)[reply]

You can monitor these as much as you want.
