Sorry... I took this picture myself, plus the ad/poster is quite old at this point (from year 2000?). Perhaps it's a violation, but it seems extremely unlikely here that anyone would object -- can EMP really be pissed about being advertised for free on Wikipedia? :-p. If it's still against the rules, I don't mind it being removed. Really not sure here. It's a picture of an ad/poster. What does that count as, if anything? ~ '''[[User:JohnnyMrNinja|JohnnyMrNinja]]''' 08:52, 27 February 2009 (UTC)

It's a bird, it's a plane, it's Baku87 taking satellite pictures. Baku87 uploads pictures to his website than gives permission to use it on wikipedia. That's clever. VartanM (talk) 01:54, 27 February 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Delete - Nobody's commented, the uploader is not active. It is a reproduction of a copyrighted 2D image, so I think that is just blatant copyvio. The uploader has released the image as GFDL, but it's still non-free, and unused. I think. ▫ JohnnyMrNinja 00:28, 10 March 2009 (UTC)[reply]
