Tutte Lemkow was a Norwegian Actor, player of many, mostly villainous parts in Doctor Who and other British television series and films. Lemkow had a remarkable resemblance to the current President of Iran, Mahmoud Ahmadinejad.

He played at least three roles in Doctor Who with William Hartnell's Doctor, Cyclops in The Myth Makers and Ibrahim in The Crusade (Both 1965, and Kuiju in Marco Polo (1964).
