Notability of Wiocc

A tag has been placed on Wiocc requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This is the first time I have posted on Wikipedia, so I am not used to taking an encyclopeadic approach - I was modifying the text when the entry was deleted. I was simply trying to provide information, as there is currently much discussion and debate about the provision of communications capacity to this part of Africa. Seacom, TEAMS and EASSy are all featured on the wiki. As for my username - again, ignorance. How about MikeLast1963?
