Omicron Theta is a fictional star from the Star Trek universe located in the Alpha quadrant.
The star system is known only for a Class M planet (unknown position) that orbited the star and served as the home base for Dr. Noonian Soong, his wife, and 410 other scientists/colonists. Together they created at least 5 of the only known androids in existence with positronic brains including B4, Lore, and Data. The planet was stripped of all life by the Crystalline Entity sometime before 2338 after Lore summoned it for that purpose.
Data was later discovered on the planet February 2, 2338 by the U.S.S. Tripoli and activated.
