Civil unions, or same-sex civil unions?

This is an article entitled "Civil unions in Mexico." As it's not called "Same-sex civil unions in Mexico" — because opposite-sex civil unions do exist — should it not then cover both same- and opposite-sex civil unions? - Emiellaiendiay 20:45, 24 November 2006 (UTC)[reply]
