Welcome messages
Please do not leave welcome messages on the talk pages of new users who have not contributed yet, such as User talk:Kbtay. You run the risk of scaring users away, and it can be taken as quite patronising for a user who hasn't hit the edit button yet to see a message with 'Thank you for your contributions.' as the second sentence.
