VCIC has grown into a virtual venture job fair and marketplace. The program culminates every April in Chapel Hill, North Carolina, with the International Finals, where the winning teams take home $10,000 in prize money.

In 2009 the program included eight regional and 35 single-school events in North America, Europe and Asia. Fifty top business schools from around the world participated in the competition.
