Liz Glazowski (born December 19, 1957 in Zakopane, Poland) is an Polish-American model. She is best known for being Playboy magazine's Playmate of the Month for its April 1980 issue. Her centerfold was photographed by Ken Marcus.

Liz was discovered by Playboy when she submitted photographs to the magazine's 25th Anniversary Great Playmate Hunt. She was one of the 14 women who eventually became centerfolds for the magazine through that contest. She also had a small part in the film The Happy Hooker Goes Hollywood (1980).
