Adele is a British singer-songwriter who has been a commercial success with a number one album and her debut single reaching number two. Adele rose to stardom in 2008. She went to the BRIT School and had the same circle of friends as Kate Nash. Her most successful song in the UK is "Chasing Pavements", which reached number two on the UK Singles Chart. Her least successful in the UK is "Make You Feel My Love", which charted at 26. In The Netherlands 19 has sold 210,000 copies making it 3x platinum. Her latest single Make You Feel My Love is her biggest hit in the Netherlands
