Treaty of Lisboa

On several forums, youtube etc... it is claimed that the installment of the EGF is part of the treaty of lisboa. I believe this claim should be addressed, no matter if it is true or not (I myself havent found it but perhaps I was too stupid to find it, if anyone can tell me which paragraph includes the EGF deployment - would be appreciated) 80.108.103.172 (talk) 11:18, 8 July 2009 (UTC)[reply]
