I use to be a tier 2 tech for AT&T and feel they way they conduct business is unprofessional, they hire cotract employees to handle their call centers, then let them go with no reason. They run their call centers like a prison camp, where their managers threaten the employees, they really could care less about their cusotmers or techs and are going back to the way they use to be. They do not take care of the people who are making them money, their services keeps going down in the same area, customers are getting upset with their services, and all they care about is upselling different services. The concept is good but the way they go about it is wrong. I am glad I don't have AT&T service because I would be a "cronick caller", which is someone who always calls when their services go down.
