If people would stop eating animals that were not meant to be eaten, as suggested in the bible some of these diseases would not befall humans, why would anyone eat a bobak marmot? are the hooves cloven? does it chew the cud? WE humans are going to cause our extinction because we dont follow the laws of GOD.
