I re-added her name on 1994 because

• There is no rule or regulation regarding adding someone's birthday on Year's page unless no article is created in English.
• She has 5-non English articles. Not merely Japan-centric.
• There are many entries those who are their own country-centric, but no regulation is set about international notability for those people.
• If you would like to set a regulation about entry of birthday, you should get concensus first on the Talk page.

You cannot copy copyrighted text to Wikipedia without the permission of the author. See WP:COPYVIO. I suggest you rewrite the text in your own words. Speedy Deletion of Tiffany Mink

Is there something I am doing completely incorrect on this article? I thought I've completed all the guidlines and Tiffany Mink is a legitimate topic who has thousands of fans following her on this year's Warped Tour. Thanks for the message and sorry for your frustration. There are criteria that all articles in Wikipedia need to follow. For biographical articles the criteria is notability. Unfortunately the article does not meet this criteria – popularity does not equal notability in the Wikipedia criteria . Take a look at notability and let me know if you have any questions.
