Carlos Alfonso Azpiroz Costa, O.P., J.C.D. (born October 30 1956 in Buenos Aires) is a Roman Catholic priest of the Dominican Order.[1] Born in Buenos Aires, Argentina, he was elected Master of the Order of Preachers at the 2001 General Chapter of the Order in Providence, Rhode Island.
