::It's not major at all. Why don't you read things before interfering. It is a copy edit of the existing translation to improve its style and presentation. I have worked on this encyclopedia for a very long time and have made many enduring contributions. Should you be interested I am a published editor with a good deal of experience. Thankyou. It's still wrong. The 9/11 Commission simply noted that the design places an unusual amount of the load-bearing capacity of the building on the perimeter for a building of this size, with a clear span to the core columns. Normally, there'd be another row of columns between the core and the outside. They put it a bit plainly there, but you're not saying what the commission report says. Please reconsider.
