Researching Royal Navy Channel Fleet/frigates from the channel to Gibraltar area with emphasis on the period immediately after the Battle of the Basque Roads of April 1809 to the end of Lord Gambier's command of said fleet in 1811. Active in placing ships, commanders, actions, and movements therein, also linking ship to shore activity particularly prize agents.
