V. Sue Cleveland High School is a public high school in the Rio Rancho Public school system located in Rio Rancho, New Mexico. It is currently housing grades 9-11 in it's first year of opperation. [2] and it helps relieve overcrowding in the at-capacity Rio Rancho High School.

At the opening, both high schools will transition to grades 9-12, unlike Rio Rancho High School's current 10-12 enrollment. At the same time, all existing Rio Rancho middle schools will transition to grades 6-8 and Rio Rancho Mid-High School will become a new middle school and a career-technical center.[3]

The school building covers more than 432,700 square feet, making it New Mexico's largest school. It is a green building and is classified as a LEED Silver certified building. Jaynes Corporation is the general contractor. [4]

Athletics

V.S. CHS will compete in the New Mexico Activities Association in the athletic Division 1-5A along with Rio Rancho High School, Cibola HS, West Mesa HS and Gallup HS.[5]
