Hi! Welcome to my userpage! I've been editing on Wikipedia since 2005. It's been an interesting experience. There's a lot of useful information in here, and a lot of good users that contribute worthwhile information. Of course, there's also POV-pushers and the like as well, and sometimes this gets a bit discouraging when you're trying to build a useful encyclopedia. But oh well,... Overall, here's a place where you'll find articles that most encyclopedias will probably just laugh about than write about. Like this stuff:

  • Announcer's Test – this is one of those old tongue twisters that was apparently made popular be Jerry Lewis. I still can't find much about its origins, other than what's written in the article, so it's still a very short article. Nonetheless, it's quite interesting.
  • EPIC 2014 – an interesting flash movie created by some guys on the internet. Came across this in my research on Google, as those article categories were linking to Googlezon, a fictional corporation in the movie that was a merger of Google and Amazon.com. I doubt these articles will develop much more, but it goes to show that Wikipedia has some very interesting, bizarre, and ultimately useless knowledge,...
  • Five-second rule – I follow this rule religiously. It's good to know that we have it in writing now,... ;-)
  • Gary Thuerk – An individual known for one thing, and one thing only. He sent out the world's first e-mail spam message. I'm rather surprised his article doesn't list a date of death, with all the threats he must get,. . .
  • List of Family Guy episodes – there's actually a lot of material on this encyclopedia about Family Guy; I guess it has a big fan base.
  • Lost counties, cities, and towns of Virginia – having lived in Virginia for 20 years, I find this quite interesting,...
  • Mother insult – One would think that a real, live encyclopedia article dedicated to the history of "Yo Momma" jokes is pointless. Yet humor is a very important part of our culture, and keeping track of the development of various forms of humor is important to the development of our society.
  • Natasha Demkina – supposedly a Russian girl with X-ray vision.
  • 300-page iPhone bill – this only proves that mass media will write news stories on just about anything,...
  • Leck mich im Arsch – an actual composition by Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart, but with the rather unusual English translation of, "Lick me in the ass". Apparently, musicians were using drugs long before the Rock and Roll period,...
  • Just try reading this article with a straight face,... ;-)
