Tots TV was a television show, produced by Ragdoll Productions and first shown in 1993, that ran for eight series (276 episodes). It featured three ragdoll puppets; Tilly - a French girl, with red hair, who spoke in basic French (in the U.S. broadcast, she spoke Spanish), Tom - a blue haired girl, and Tiny - the younger Tot girl, who was smaller than the others and had green hair. The show won two BAFTA awards.

It was originally shown on ITV's children's television strand, CiTV. The show is now broadcast in the UK on CBeebies, the BBC's children's programme and television station.

Do You Know Tots TV Is Coming To Nick Jr In November 2005 With The Repeats Of 1993 To 2004 On Everyday on Nick Jr. Tots are returning to BBC 2 on Tuesday 27th December at 7.50am.
