Sahatussibyan Littahfeezul Qur'an Ayagi Kano Nigeria. Founded By Sheikh Kabiru Sani Salihu Ayagi quartors kano. P.O.Box. 20554, No 183A aygi Kano Nigeria. the school opened at malam salihu Abubakar wada's house. well known as malam barau mai goro. the history shows that over 200 years ago people from every where are coming for taking a different knowledge.

History

The school established on 13 Shawwal 1413 A.H = 13 Oct 1992. The purpose is to educate 12 children on the day of Thursday and Friday at noon. The children of the school proprietor Alhaji kabiru Sani Ayagi and the children of his brothers. they are learning holly Qur'an, Ilmul-Tajweed, and Fiqh. The people around the areas and neghbours showed their interest for their children. the father of proprietor Malam Sani Abubakar Wada command the proprietor to make the school to everyone who is interesting in it. From that time, he made the school to everyone who is interesting in it, on 20 Rabiul Auwal 1414A.H=12 Sept.,1993. During that time the school does not have its own place, the school use the people properties around the area to give the students lessons, only one single room the school have during that time, which Ustaz Kabiru Sani borrowed from his uncle Malam barau before the school got its own place. the management made that room as an office were they used it to keep its document and records. The students use mats during the classs hours. During that time Dala local government gave the donation of 30 seats to the school. The management made them for the students who are in tahfeez class, and others use mats for their lessons.

In 2000 the people around the school donate some funds and bought the school house around the quaters, where they demolished and rebuilt it. now the school has a complete big building which is a belong to sahatussibyan ayagi, with twelve (12) classes, four (4) offices, one (1) Mosque, and Ten (10) toilets. But still the place is not enough to the students. because it couldn't hold all the pupils, some of them still staying out side the school, at people surrounding areas, no enough place in side the school premisses, the school still need help from other organisation or induvidual for more place were they can make their pupils in one comfortable place that help the teachers very easy to control the students and make their pupils safe.

In 1993 the housewives throughout the area showed their interest to the school, Hajiya Khadija Musa Bako organize classes from Saturday until Wednesday the school opening from 8:00 pm to 10 pm. the school director Shekh Kabir Sani gave the school name (Ummahatul Mu'uminat Ayagi Kano P.O.Box No. 183a Ayagi).

In 1997 the school opened another section which is primary school for memorising holly Qur'an,Under the Dala Local Government Education Authority, (Sahatussibyan Littahfeezul Qur'an Ayagi Kano Nigeria No 183A Kano Morning Section) the school opening every Saturday to thusday from 8:00 to 12:30 pm.

In 2000 the school opened secondary school section for memorizing holly qur'an under ministry of education kano state which called College of Qur'anic Studies Ayagi kano Nigeria p.o.box. 553 Ayagi kano, Late Alhaji Garba Wada Gave another place to the school which has Seven (7) classes, three offices, three toilets (3) and one Mosque which is belong to the college now the school has more than Six hundred students (600) where the place is not enough to them, because of many students, that is why the school rejecting many offers every year. because they don't have enough place for admitting many students.

The school offered many courses, the majors are Holly Qur'an, Tajweed, Hadeeth, Fiqh, English, Mathematics, Agriculture, Economics, and many more. the school opening around 7:30 am until 2:30. in 2006 the college held its first set graduation ceremorny at school premises, on 12. Aug. 2006. the students collected their certificate from the chairman and managing director of the college Ustaz kabiru sani salihu Ayagi, on behalf of ministry of education kano state, now most of students who are graduated from college are admitted into Higher schools and universities throughout the country,some of them are studying at other international universities, like Dubai, Egypt, Saudi Arabia, Malaysia, Sudan, and many more.

Sahatu produce many students whose are memorised holy Qur'an, most of them are particepated in Local government Musabaqa, state, and some of them are particepated in national Musabaqa, In 2006 one of the Sahatussibyan student particepated in World wide Musabaqa, Malama Khadija musa, Were She represented Nigeria on 40 Hizb with Tafsir.

The school is opening every Saturday until Thursday from 7:00 am to 10:00 pm.

The school has three (3) sections:

1. Mornong section opening every Saturday to Thursday at 8:00am to 1:00pm

2. Evening section opening every Saturday to Thursday at 2:00pm to 6:00pm

it has more than 2500 students boys and girls.

3. Magrib section opening every Saturday to Wednesday after magrib prayer to isha'i

Mission

1. Teach the holy Qur'an and memorized it cover to cover.

2. Teach Ilmul-tajweed and practice it during the recitation of holly quran.

3. Teach Arabic language and understand its meaning.

4. Teach English Language.

5. Teach good characters and good behaviours.

6. Teach how to be a good Muslim.
