Between 1999 and 2002, he was ranked among the top three positions and he eventually achieved the PSA five-star award in 2002.

Teo Bee Yen (born 1950 in Fujian, China) is a photographer in Singapore. He started photography as a hobby in 1994.

In 1998, Teo was voted one of the top 10 photographers in the world (colour print section) by the Photographic Society of America (PSA). Between 1999 and 2002, he was ranked among the top three positions and he eventually achieved the PSA five-star award in 2002.
