Template:Infobox Football biography 2/sandbox Azrack-Yassine Mahamat (born 24 March 1988) is a Chadian footballer who plays for RCD Espanyol B, as a midfielder.

Football career

Mahamat was born in Créteil, France. He started his football career at the AJ Auxerre youth academy. On 18 June 2009, after two years solely appearing for the reserves, he left and signed with RCD Espanyol in Spain, being immediately assigned to the reserves.[1]

In late July 2009, following a cooperation agreement between the Catalan side and Halmstads BK, Mahamat moved to the Swedish club, on loan.[2] However, he returned in December, again moving the the B side, in Segunda División B. On May 1, 2010, he made his first-team debut, replacing Uruguayan Iván Alonso and playing the entire second half of Espanyol's 0–2 home loss against Valencia CF.

International career

Mahamat made his debut for Chad on 6 September 2008, against Sudan.[3]
