Associated Banc-Corp (NasdaqASBC) is a bank holding company headquartered in Green Bay, Wisconsin. As of early 2007, it had $20.8 billion in assets and was the 41st-largest bank holding company in the United States. Associated Bank is a nationally chartered bank, regulated by the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency, Department of the Treasury[2] The company has over 5,101 employees.[3]

Subsidiaries

During the 1990s and 2000s, Associated Banc-Corp merged all of its affiliated banks into Associated Bank, NA, a wholly owned subsidiary. Associated Bank, NA, has $20.5 billion in assets.[3]
