Epidemiology???

I came to this Wikipedia topic to find out the rate of occurence of this disease, but there is nothing. Does anybody know anything of the rates of occurence? Maybe by country, maybe by state in the US, maybe by race in the US, maybe by gender, by various groups (gays, etc).
