He was the studio presenter on Most Haunted Live! for 41 individual shows from October 2002 to October 2005, when he left the show to do other projects for Living.

Dr. Bull can be regularly seen as a panelist on The Wright Stuff, "Inside Out", and The Alan Titchmarsh Show and heard on BBC Five Live in the UK.

In 2010, Dr. Bull made his American television debut as a current contributor on the American Emmy award-winning daytime talk show The Rachael Ray Show.

He has hosted many sessions at the Conservative Party conferences, and also hosted the Party's 2007 Black & White Ball, and continues to be heavily involved in Conservative issues.
