WUPN is a call sign that is currently not used by any television or radio station. It has, however, been used in the past by several stations, most of which were affiliated with United Paramount Network (now The CW):
- WVOA-FM in Mexico, New York, a religious radio station, used "WUPN" as its calls from 1995 to 1996
- WPNY-LP in Utica, New York, a TV station formerly affiliated with UPN (now a MyNetworkTV affiliate), used "WUPN-LP" as its calls from 1995 to 1996
- WMYV in Greensboro, North Carolina, a TV station formerly affiliated with UPN (now a MyNetworkTV affiliate), used "WUPN" as its calls from 1996 to 2006, when UPN folded
