Reflections at Keppel Bay in Singapore will be a 99 year leasehold luxury waterfront residential complex on approx. 84,0000 m² of land with 750m of shoreline and will be completed by 2013. The complex will have 1129 units.[3]
The complex was designed by Daniel Libeskind, who also created the World Trade Center Memorial.
