::By the translation I can read they are not claiming it is free there but have a ''fair use'' statement. Ruwiki's fair-use is a bit more leniant than here. Here, if a free image could be created at all, then we don't allow a copyrighted one. There, from what I can read, there is a one month time lag that basically seems to allow material if a free image does not exist now.
