Copyright problems with File:Лолита Милявская.jpg

Hello. Concerning your upload of the image File:Лолита Милявская.jpg, please note that Wikipedia cannot accept copyrighted images obtained from other sources, without the permission of the author(s). This image appears to be a direct copy from http://www.fashiondigest.ru/news/cba/2.jpg. By the translation I can read they are not claiming it is free there but have a fair use statement. Ruwiki's fair-use is a bit more leniant than here. Here, if a free image could be created at all, then we don't allow a copyrighted one. There, from what I can read, there is a one month time lag that basically seems to allow material if a free image does not exist now.
