If the article had an extensive write-up on Montgomery's personal life, and the death of his daughter was just a piece of it, I think that might be appropriate, but it's the ONLY thing there and it feels wrong, like someone included it for a personal reason rather than because it's inclusion was appropriate for the article.

The "discography" section doesn't have:

  • Live At The Caravan Of Dreams

Even if this is an album that was not approved by Monte, something about it (including his opinion) should be in the article. Wikipedia is NOT just for promoting and pandering to artists and the like.

Delete the daughter's death

If the article had an extensive write-up on Montgomery's personal life, and the death of his daughter was just a piece of it, I think that might be appropriate, but it's the ONLY thing there and it feels wrong, like someone included it for a personal reason rather than because it's inclusion was appropriate for the article.
