In November 2001, I founded of the [http://eo.wikipedia.com Esperanto-Vikipedio] which, of course is the wikipedia in [[Esperanto]]... I changed my username from "Chuck Smith" to "Chuck SMITH" to make it conform with my name there. The Vikipedio is definitely the most visited Esperanto-language website online. Yay Wikipedia! I have also just recently launched the Esperanto job search website [http://www.eklaboru.com/ Eklaboru]. I also work for Transparent Language as their Esperanto blogger: http://www.transparent.com/esperanto/ I also wrote a few blog entries about [http://www.transparent.com/esperanto/finding-the-esperanto-wikipedia/ the early history of the Esperanto Wikipedia].
If anyone learns about an Esperanto-language Wiki about Religious Board Games, please let me know! ;-)

Esperanto

In November 2001, I founded of the Esperanto-Vikipedio which, of course is the wikipedia in Esperanto... I changed my username from "Chuck Smith" to "Chuck SMITH" to make it conform with my name there. The Vikipedio is definitely the most visited Esperanto-language website online. Yay Wikipedia! I have also just recently launched the Esperanto job search website Eklaboru. I also work for Transparent Language as their Esperanto blogger: http://www.transparent.com/esperanto/ I also wrote a few blog entries about the early history of the Esperanto Wikipedia.

Personal

I graduated from college in May 2001 with a double major in Computer Science and Mathematics with a minor in Philosophy. I have worked as the board games guide for About.com and a web developer for the Mind Sports Organisation. I was a volunteer for TEJO in Rotterdam for a year. I am currently an independent iPhone developer. I'm also a cohost of the podcast GermanPod101 and a tour guide at the Computerspielemuseum Berlin. My current interests are the history of video games and Esperanto.

What I do on Wikipedia

In general, I mostly correct small errors on Wikipedia and translate articles from German.

English: I mostly work on the video games and the Esperanto language and culture pages.

Esperanto: I basically just try to make sure people understand the wiki concept and I work on promotion, recruitment and keeping things manageable.

German: I sometimes translate articles from German to Esperanto or English.

French, Spanish and Dutch: I read.  :-)
