How is this an "independent record label"? The corresponding Wikipedia page defines this as "a record label operating without the funding of or outside the organizations of the major record labels," but the page for the so-called "Alternative Distribution Alliance" claims it's one of their subsidiaries (I'm not a lawyer, so that's probably the wrong term).
