Timbaland Thursday

Timbaland Thursday is a weekly free music started by producer Timbaland. It was inspired by Kanye West's G.O.O.D. Fridays. In an interview with Rap-Up.com Timbaland stated “So my brother (Sebastian) told me Kanye is puttin' out a new song every Friday called G.O.O.D. Fridays, Swizz got Mondays,” who recently joined Twitter. “I don't know if they are on Twitter but can you hit them up, and tell them reserve that Thursday for Timbo the king baby. We’ll call it Timbo Thursday, cool?”.
Every Thursday, beginning on January 13, 2011, Timbaland planned on releasing a new song available for free download on a specially created website managed by Brian Byrd. All of the tracks come with their own album art.
In the wake of Timbaland Thursdays, Timbaland released a number of unreleased songs via YouTube in a build up to Timbaland Thursdays officially starting.

On the website 2 other songs were mentioned, "Warped" and "Covers Blown".
A snippet of Warped was released on the site as a track for Shock Value III featuring Timbaland, Missy Elliott, Magoo & Sebastian.
Covers Blown was originally thought to only feature Keri Hilson but on the site it is revealed that it also features Attitude & Sebastian and was originally slated for the initial “Timbaland Presents Shock Value” album, and may possibly be put onto the next album.

Timbaland Thursdays will go on until the release of his upcoming album, Timbaland Presents Shock Value III.

"You Lied, You Cheated" (Timbaland featuring Keri Hilson)	February 11, 2011	Song was made specifically for Timbaland Thursdays and the drums sample "Swat Dat Fly" by Missy Elliott also previously released on the "YouTube releaesed" tracks.
"Mentally" (Timbaland featuring Lyrica Anderson)	February 17, 2011	Song described as having a "Shock Value II" feel to it.
"Hot Mess" (Timbaland featuring J'Royal Price & JimmyCodean)	February 25, 2011	Original track that was meant to be released was going to feature Brandy however at the last minute it was changed to this.
"Whenever You Like" (Timbaland featuring Bran'Nu)	March 3, 2011	Track was originally slated for the Shock Value II album but did not make the final cut. Song also features Brandy as her rap alter-ego "Bran'Nu".
"Automatic" (Timbaland featuring 6-Two & Attitude)	March 10, 2011	Track was not meant to be released on given date as it was the latter's birthday and he wanted to take a break, however the track did manage to find it's way to the internet with its album art. However the song is now available to download on the website.
"All Yall" (Timbaland featuring Attitude & Short Dawg)	March 17, 2011	First appearance of Short Dawg from Young Money in the installments.
"F*ck You" (Timbaland featuring Attitude)	March 24, 2011	Track dedicated to all of Timbalands "haters" and 6-Two is featured on the hook but is uncredited as an artist on the song overall.
"Not My Happiness" (Timbaland)	March 31, 2011	Simple song with a Gospel music theme. Song also samples "White Blank Page" by Mumford & Sons from their album Sigh No More.
"I Won't Board This Plane" (Timbaland)	April 7, 2011	No description has been given, though the song has received many negative reviews from fans.
"Slow Down" (Timbaland Feat. Blind Fury & Blind Fury as Timbaland)	April 21, 2011	On this track Blind Fury is the main rapper on the song, but he also raps as another artist, (Timbaland), on the same track.
"(Magoo Verse)" (Timbaland Feat. Magoo & Missy Elliott )	April 28, 2011	Snippet release only due to being part of an unfinished and undisclosed song. Snippet was not meant to be released which therefore caused a mass disappointment amongst fans. Produced by Wizz Dumb.
