No it is not. Bûcheron is also a goats' milk cheese. 74.96.182.141 and 99.71.131.236 and have made edits changing Loire Valley to "napa Valley" and goat to cow. Will revert the edits. [[User:Marcipangris|Marcipangris]] ([[User talk:Marcipangris|talk]]) 12:35, 18 June 2011 (UTC)

This is a lovely cheese. I just experienced it spread on thin slices of baguette and, some pieces, topped with roasted tomatoes (in oil and spice). I encourage those who know more to add to this article. --Kcrossle (talk) 22:47, 17 May 2008 (UTC)[reply]
